What will be deleted: Your registered name, phone number, email, uploaded KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, ITRs), saved credit dispute records, and any stored Google OAuth communication tokens will be permanently wiped from our live database.
Statutory Regulatory Retention: Under Indian banking regulations (RBI guidelines), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA 2002), and statutory tax laws, records of completed monetary transactions, GST invoices, and audited legal dispute logs must be archived for the legally mandated compliance period (5 to 8 years).
📱 How to Delete directly from inside the Android Mobile App:
- Open the Dhanshree Financial Solutions App on your Android device.
- Tap the navigation menu (hamburger icon) on the top left of the screen.
- Navigate to Profile Settings / Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account & Purge Data.
- Confirm your request. Your access tokens are disconnected immediately and account purged.
